Summer Employment

Patriots' Path Council, Boy Scouts of America will employ over 200 people this summer at one of our five camp facilities. Applications are being accepted for the following positions:

Cub Scout Day Camps - Camp Wheeler is located in Stanhope, New Jersey; Watchung Day Camp is located in Mountainside, New Jersey; and Camp Winnebago is in Rockaway, New Jersey. The camps operate from late June to mid August The participants are 8 to 10 years old. Bus transportation is provided.

Day Camp Positions
Counselors-In-Training (Age 14 by June 1st)

Counselors (Ages 15-17)
Boating & Fishing Instructors (Ages 16-18)
BB Gun & Archery Instructors (Ages 18 & UP)
Program Area Directors (Ages 18 & UP)
EMT/NURSE in Mountainside (Ages 18 & UP)

Boy Scout Resident Camps - Camp Somers (June 22 -August 10) is located in Stanhope, New Jersey; Camp Winnebago (June 29 - August 10) is in Rockaway, New Jersey; and the Sabattis Adventure Camp (June 22 -July 30) is located in Long Lake, New York in the Adirondack Mountains. Room and board is provided for staff. The participants are 11 to 17 years old.
