q       Merit Badge Books

q       Troop Record Book (for Advancement and Scout Record)

q       Troop overnight tents (for Trek or First Class First) – if used in camp you must also have a “No Flames in Tent” sign on the tent

q       Clothes marking pen (for those who forgot)

q       Props for your favorite skits and stunts

q       Helpful books from your Troop library: Hand books, Field books, Scout Songbook, nature books, etc

q       Assorted hand and woods tools, tools for camp projects

q       Backpacking equipment (if you plan to do an outpost trip)

q       Your best Troop spirit and enthusiasm

 

Patrol Equipment to Bring:

q       Your Patrol flag

q       Progress Record book for each Scout

q       Patrol Log Book (keep the log going from year to year)

q       If your troop takes an overnight hike, each Scout should bring:  plate, bowl, cup, knife, spoon, fork, and canteen

q       Props for your favorite stunts and skits

q       Your best Patrol spirit and enthusiasm

 

Suggested Items for Unit Leaders to Bring:

q       Propane Lantern (please, no gasoline or pressure kerosene lights)

q       Stapler and extra thumbtacks for the bulletin board

q       Magic marker pens (red, blue, black, green)

q       Alarm clock (battery operated)

q       Polyethylene sheet (for numerous uses)

q       Cash box

q       Camp Leaders’ Guide

q       Addresses and phone numbers of parents on vacation

q       Your advancement objectives

q       Your troop program idea

q       Medical Records and Evaluation forms for each Scout and Leader.
