 Registering for Camp is Easy!  You can register by:

   Click on the link below, print out the form, and mail or fax it to Council with the appropriate fees.  Remember, If you need financial assistance this summer please check out the Warren Wheeler Camping Adventurship.

Please use the appropriate fee table to determine the cost to send your scout to camp and then fill in that amount on the registration form. FULL PAYMENT must accompany the registration form. Form will NOT be accepted without payment.

ALL FORMS MUST GO WITH YOUR SCOUT ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP—DO NOT MAIL THEM

It contains info about what your son needs to bring to camp, what to wear, camp times, and camp absence.

3. Class 1 & 2 Medical Form
(Your child CAN NOT participate in any camp activities without this form!)

 COMPLETELY FILL OUT ONLY THE "CLASS 1 PORTION" (THIS IS THE FRONT AND TOP BACK OF THE FORM). THIS MUST BE UPDATED ANNUALLY & ONLY NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN, NO DOCTOR VISIT IS NECESSARY. BE SURE TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL FOR YOUR RECORDS AND MAKE A COPY FOR THE CAMP.

4. Medication Record Form
IMPORTANT NOTE: ANY MEDICATION(S) BEING TAKEN MUST BE NOTED ON THESE FORMS, WHICH SHOULD THEN BE ATTACHED TO THE "CLASS 1 & 2 MEDICAL FORM". MEDICATION WILL NOT BE DISPENSED WITHOUT THESE FORMS  IF YOUR SON DOES NOT REQUIRE MEDICATION, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT THIS FORM

5. Emergency Contact Names
You must complete this form and bring it to the first day of camp

COUNCIL REFUND POLICY:

 In all programs offered by the Patriots’ Path Council, BSA, a great deal of planning and purchasing takes place well in advance.  These plans include, but are not limited to, staff, food, program materials, patches and awards, rental and purchase of equipment, and in some cases, items of clothing such as T-shirts that are given as part of a program fee.

When an individual or group makes a reservation for an activity or program, these items are included in ordering of materials and staffing for that event.

 Refunds: Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administrative charge.  No refunds will be made after the 30 day cancellation deadline, unless there is a medical or other emergency.

 ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND SENT TO THE PATRIOTS’ PATH COUNCIL, 222 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ  07932.
