WELOTECA is brand new program offered by the Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation on the Camp Wheeler side with two sessions:

Session one is July 18^th-20^th            Session two is August 8^th-10^th

WEBELOS (those entering the fourth and fifth grade), their parents, and leaders arrive at Camp Wheeler on Friday at 6 pm and get situated in their camp sites and then experience an opening campfire performed by our great staff. Scouts then spend Saturday and Sunday participating in exciting activities different from what they experience at day camp.  Scouts leave Sunday night following the closing campfire.

COST: $125 per scout $80 Per Adult

A Pack coming with 8 scouts requires one adult for each additional 8 Scouts. THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE SIBLINGS. Both scouts and adults need a class one medical form to participate in the program

The Fees include a patch, t-shirt, crafts, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.  Campers will sleep in dome tents so bring a sleeping bag and a pad to sleep on and get ready to experience a program that will prepare them to become boy scouts. They will participate in activities such as snorkeling in our Olympic size pool, shooting CO2 powered BB guns, and mountain biking on some of our great biking trails.
